Nifty_ Positional View for 23-05-2016 To 27-05-2016

NIFTY AT A CRUCIAL STAGE: CRUCIAL LEVEL :7539-8038  SPOT.

We witnessed a smart rally and panic  to 7678 from 7940  levels.  After that it is clearly struggling to past this level.  Several futile attempts were made to surpass this level but ended in failure. 
Buy only if closes above 8038 spot or buy if it manages to sustain above 7867 spot. Until then do not think of buying for intraday also. If crosses 7867-7996-8038 spot Nifty will fly to 8182-8308 spot levels. If this happens, the downside risk has been reduced considerably. If fails to cross this level, then, expect a slide once again to 7539-7516 spot. If closes below 7516 spot occurs, then, the floodgates will open for severe downfall. Without breaking 7996 spot and at the same time if takes support at 7516-7511 levels, then, Nifty will trade between 7867 to 7516 spot levels for a few more weeks. Hence trade lightly in this week.  

The downmove started from 7516 spot. I already told that the first leg of the correction finished at 7996 levels.(A wave).  Now I strongly feel that Nifty is moving in a Expanding Triangle pattern and not in ABC type of correction. First draw a line connecting 7539 and 7996levels.  Then draw a line connecting 7516 and 6825 levels.  You will get an idea.

My bearish view will change only if manages to cross 8038 spot levels.

If fails to touch 16318 and 16422 this week , then, expect a down  to 14751 spot levels and then again it will break 14751  spot then panic on card.
My final target for this down move is 14751 spot. But I am expecting the target only after a reversal from  15780-15900  levels.

BE CAUTIOUS AROUND 7522-7516 SPOT LEVELS.
Chances of a reversal is on the cards. Suppose if Nifty breaks 7522-7516  try to exit your longs (if any) before a reversal. 7567-7555 zone is highly unsecured zone.  Be cautious.Market is consolidating between 7663-7555 levels for the past one week . Stronger the consolidation means.... the breakout/breakdown is also very strong.  Normally after such lengthy consolidations, the main downtrend will resume with force.
Expect some volatile down move in the early part of the week. Avoid trading and avoid taking huge overnight positions for the first two days. 
Invalidation points : 7663-7667  spot for Up move and 7522-7516 spot is for the down move.
I am not at all expecting a break of 7789-7802 spot before April  expiry.

Nifty is going to trade in between 7956 and 7522 for the  days of APRIL.

I am expecting a  Zig- Zag movement for the days of the month. First trade for the target of 7522 spot.  Then trade for the target of 7956 spot levels max if goes. Then trade for a break of 7989.  Then trade for 7242 spot if break 7522. 

Anyhow Nifty will break the recent high of 7777 spot and also going to break the recent low of 7582 spot. Safe traders don't  hold overnight positions. Expect either Gap up or Gap down openings.

Wave 4 has not yet finished.  I think it may take some more time before reversal.

Crucial supports: 7667-7516  spot.  It wont break 7989 spot in April. Conversely it wont break 7242 spot also.   Hence you can use 7522-7516 spot is the stop loss for longs and 7987 spot for shorts. If breaks 7516 spot it will move swiftly down to 7242 spot.  At the same time if breaks 7556-7989 spot, it will fly to 8108  spot level. Hence keep booking small profits.  Do intraday only in options unless if breaks the crucial levels of 7522-7516 spot  and 7989 spot.

Nifty (Revise the study on Wolfe Wave )

NIFTY AT A CRITICAL JUNCTURE

Nifty broke the trend line (ABC) on 21-03-2016  and successfully  closed abv the trend line    moreover up to 7728 spot levels. The movement looks Impulse in daily chart .  First I thought it will break 7516 before up towards 7728 levels.  But sometimes Market may treat that break as a False break-out or real break out .  In this scenario, it is highly difficult to break 7756 . We will come to a conclusion only after watching movements on Monday-Tuesday. Hence My target of 7227  is in danger.  Be cautious.

If failed to close abv  7756  spot once again in the next 2-3 days, then, expect a break of 7596-7552  spot levels but confirmation is needed.  I REPEAT 7516  SPOT.

 Confirmation points: 

1. Without any major retracements, the fall should be speedy with heavy Volumes. 

2. It should break all the below mentioned supports with force. 

3. Break of 7516 spot.

Hence use 7596  spot as the stop loss for all longs and Call options. If the speedy fall continues, hold your shorts. Without breaking 7596  spot, if starts to move very swiftly upwards we can think of an uptrend. Stop loss for Shorts/Puts : 7789 spot.

Market may convert the entire 5th (Reversal  Wolfe Wave) wave move from 6825to 7949 as. 

Wave A.The fall from 7252.40 to 6825.80  is Wave B. Now Wave C is running.

In this scenario, we can expect move towards 7667-7711 spot levels.

POSSIBILITY NO.2.

5 Waves finished at 7679-7711.  If this up move is a motive for the entire fall from 8336-6825,(Wave C1) then, it may break 7180  and then start its downward journey. This type of confusing corrections always occur in Indian markets.

CONCLUSION

If faces resistance in the area 7679-7711 spot , then initiate shorts . If sustain above that level for a sufficient time exit from shorts. At the present juncture, it is highly difficult to tell where the market is heading, if hold abv 7711, then can lead towards 7949.

Our short entry was 231 , made high with opening was 229.30, and I enter in short at 227

(227*1.618)/100= 3.70 pts, and trade in 100

so 227-3.10=223.90 is your exact booking level for intraday so your profit will be

100*3.70=370 Rs.

2. Short Glenmark below 825 SL 845 Target 790 Cash level.

I shorted on (815*1.618)100=13.15 pts , so 815-13.15=801.85 booking level

so 13.15*100 qty share= 1350 Rs.

3. Short Star below 1050-1055 SL 1080 Target 1006 Cash levels

Short entry was (1038*1.618)/100=16.80 so

1038-16.80=1021.10 booking zone

16.80*100=1680 Rs.

So total Intraday profit will be 370+1350+1680=3400 Rs. Enough for Intraday
